Why is the pool water so cold? It had to be below 60 degrees, and much much colder than the ambient air temperature in the room. We were looking forward to a relaxing swim in the pool but couldn't even stand putting our feet in for more than a few seconds! Our cooling unit was also very loud and would wake everyone up when it came on.

The hotel itself was excellent. Have stayed here before. Will again. However the Hotels,com APP overcharged me for the trip protection and apparently there is no way to contact the company. I tried numerous avenues without success. Will not use this App again

Clean, updated rooms. Staff friendly. Breakfast was not up to par. Yogurt was expired, the food did not look appetizing. Stuck with oatmeal and a biscuit and made it work. Would most definitely stay here again.
