Staff are professional and friendly. Food is delicious and price is amazing. One thing was unhappy: the hotels.com and this hotel were not flexible for the refund due to flight delay. I had to checkin one night later due to a 24-hour delay of AA127 02/12. If you could help to credit this night to my account, it would great. Expect you to work this out for your loyal customer. 10年前に1年ほど上海の定宿として泊っており、5年ぶりに宿泊しました。 大通り沿いではあるのですが、少し奥に入っていることもあり、騒音も気にならないです。 また、通りには飲食店からコンビニまでそろっていて便利です。 ビジネス目的であれば、十分、目的を果たすことができ、上海にも関わらず、安価に泊まれるのでよいと思います。 10年前は、1階のロビー横に売店がありましたが、それがなくなっており、ちょっとコーラが飲みたい。とか不便に感じましたが、静かになったので、良かったのかもしれないです。 また、次回も泊まらせてもらいます。

浴槽の湯を抜いたら排水溝から逆流してきた。 室内に流出しないようタオルでガードしながらでヒヤヒヤした。シャワーのほうの排水口からも逆流有り臭いもした シャワーが途中から水になった日もあった。
