Great location. Kitchen/living room area a bit small, but otherwise a very nice place with plenty of bed space and a cute little yard.

Guys weekend

Alex was GREAT! It was a great weekend and everything went smoothly! I highly suggest staying here! Brothers pub right across the street had great food and more importantly great drinks

Did not meet expectations

The listing looks a lot nicer than it is. There’s plenty of space if you have a big group, but another family member rented a house on the other side of Shawano lake that was MUCH nicer for not much more money. Good: - check in process was fine - kitchen well equipped - extra amenities like kayaks, bbq - nice big and new washer + dryer Bad: - odor in house, several air fresheners placed around house - building is in bad condition: stains on carpets, mildewed shower grout, wood flakes fallen from ceiling material onto beds in upper room - furniture in bad condition: dressers and armoire falling apart, la-z-boy stained - beds and pillows not very comfortable

Lake house

We had a nice stay. Alex is very nice and quickly responds when contacted. The only thing we disliked was one of the piers was used for people to dock their boats so they could go to the pub across street. If you want privacy just keep this in mind. Also, with the boat launch right next door some blinds would have been nice on the windows in living room/kitchen. We didn’t use the upstairs. There is no wood for fire pit but across street you can purchase some at the market. We enjoyed fishing for the first time on Shawano lake and going down the wolf river. Be cautious of shallow spots on lake and wolf river. Overall we had a nice stay.

Successful Stay

Pictures are well represented. Clean, managed well. Two kayaks , & peddle boat were not mentioned , so good addition. Wood was there for a bonfire along with lighter fluid. Air conditioner , except for the upper bedroom, so you might want a fan. Our family enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

This house could not have a better location! Next to the public landing, across the street from a market, and across the street from a cool bar with great food. The house is clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
