Cute historical hotel.

I only stayed for one night, but it was wonderful. The door was thin even though the walls were thick, so it was weird being able to hear people through the door as they walked by. The space was interesting, in a cute historical building kind of way. The hotel was in walking distance of all the major areas of interest and restaurants in the downtown area. I found the parking to be a bit confusing, and I know it was the low/off season, but I didn't feel like the hotel was staffed well for it's size. But overall, the bed was super comfy. The room was cute, and I would stay again.

Convenient and comfortable

We really appreciated the small fridge in the room. Wish there was some way to redirect the AC so that it doesn’t blow right onto the one side of the bed when one is sleeping.

We only stayed for one night, so it was perfect for that! The room smelled slightly musty but I think that was just from the air conditioner vent. Everything else was clean. Staff were super friendly! Our room did not have a refrigerator so be sure to request one if you want one otherwise I think that might have knocked my review down a star… simply because more than a days stay would make me want a refrigerator. Overall, happy with our stay and would go back again if we ever visit Staunton again!
