I had paid through hdfc bank credit card,amount deducted from my Bank Rs 3123.70.Show them message but Hotel Manager & staff denied that they had received payment ,they all dont know English.I reach there at 10.3 pm ,After 2 hours and 15 min I got room allotment when I paid them Cash Again,Due to that they dont rely on Expedia give them payment.They said amount will be credited in my account next day which till date Had not been reflected.I stayed 3 diiferent hotels in china,At every place there is free drinking water bottle in room but they charged 10RMB for that.so overall DON"T GO THERE. Hotel staff at reception is very non sense.

Great place for the price

Nice as more expensive hotels. Decor matched the pictures, which is not always the case in China. Nobody spoke English, but WeChat does auto translate, I linked up with a woman at reception desk and then we could communicate.Spa on the 3rd floor is 24 hours, and prices are low.

Questionable choice on my part

when I arrived I had been up for 36 hours. The staff at the front desk could not speak English and when then made up the bill they put me in a double in lieu of a single queen as I had reservations for. The cost was over $42 per night which is $9 plus more than I agreed to in my reservation. When I questioned the room and the amount nobody could speak any English. I was so tired I said fine and went to bed. The next day I tried again to request that they are wrong with the amount of the room. Accept for that it was okay. The room needs repair, carpet stained, water marks on exterior walls, no TV station with English speaking (CNN), room had strong mildew smell.
