本人到達酒店後獲前台女生星星熱情帶看房间，在使用 app下单新房時遇上问题，星星耐心等待和幫忙解決问题花了差不多1小時，最後还给我们升級了房间，星星的專業服務真的十分棒，使客人感到舒服非常滿意。
