Bilbo's Cottage, Sheringham

Bilbo's Cottage is set in the heart of the gorgeous seaside town of Sheringham in North Norfolk. It has three bedrooms (sleeps up to 7, ideally 4-5 adults and 2-3 children) including a downstairs en-suite, family bathroom, a kitchen/breakfast room, utility, large lounge/diner, conservatory, fully enclosed rear garden and parking for two cars. Set within walking distance of the award-winning Sheringham beach & town centre with all the wonderful array of eateries the town has to offer!

Bilbo's cottage has been lovingly renovated to ensure it's a comfortable, spacious and stylish home to be in. Having a ground floor kingsize bedroom with en-suite should be very helpful for multi-generational families staying and the family room upstairs is ideal for flexibility when it comes to sleeping arrangements. The lounge/diner leads onto a lovely conservatory which overlooks the private garden, the kitchen/breakfast room is bright and airy (as is the whole cottage) and is very well equipped for cooking up a storm!! The addition of the utility and a separate WC/cloakroom is also convenient. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is a kingsize bedroom again upstairs alongside. Outside the garden is very private, completely enclosed (ideal for doggies!) and there is parking for two cars outside the garage on the driveway.

Sheringham is a delightful seaside town and a favourite destination for many. It has all-year round appeal and boasts gorgeous long award-winning beaches, stunning country and coastal walks, idyllic steam train journeys, numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants - everything you could wish for in a holiday! Bilbo's Cottage is approximately a 10 minute walk from town - far enough away so you don't hear the noise of the town, but so close for the ultimate convenience. No need for a taxi on a night out!!

Further afield there is so much to see and do with the wide-open skies Norfolk is famous for, alongside miles and miles of glorious beaches, pretty towns and lots of attractions for all the family. You won't have time to do it all, you'll need to come back :))
