1st thing notice wood around air unit old to cover hole. Toilet extremely low, bathroom ceiling had a hole from water damage, bathroom door handle broken very loose, door hinges to restroom very rusty & no air vent in restroom. I've stay only at Hamptons & I've NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH DISAPPOINTMENT WITH MY ROOM. I'M DISABLED HAD TO GET HELP UP EVERYTIME TO GET OFF Commode. Staff informed of this.

Everything was fine except, one of my requests when looking for a place was a hotel with a bar. Upon arrival I found this one did not have a bar, so was a bit disappointed. Other than that, everything was great and the front desk personnel were AWESOME!
