This hotel was gross. Filthy floors, tub, toilet. Smelled of drugs. People hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Desk clerk was rude and snappy. Did not feel safe myself or vehicle outside.

PLEASE DON’T BELIEVE THE PICTURES ON THE SITE!!!! The room was torn apart. Lamps were broken head boards chipped and sliding off the wall. The refrigerator had mold and ice buildup preventing me from placing my leftovers in there without possible contamination. Bathroom walls and tub were stained and I was only given a small towel to use for my entire body. I’m not the pickiest person when it comes to finding a place to stay but some things are intolerable.

This hotel is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I needed a place to sleep while I was on a road trip and the price was cheap. The room was not clean. No pillows (not that I would’ve been keen on putting my face on them). No towels. I didn’t want to touch anything. I slept in my clothes for the day on top of the sheets and used the clothes that I packed for a pillow.

When you go to the front desk they responded to what you asked for. They cleaned the hallway every day. No house keeping was not a good thing. The shower curtain was ripped, the bathroom tub and toilet was dirty. If you are staying more than two days it’s not a good place to stay if you like clean. The outside had a lot of questionable people coming and going on the property. One of the post in front of the building is broken, it looks ugly.

Bugs and cockroaches especially at night. Left at 3am since the bugs were everywhere. Also no towels in the room. Costumer service said they would bring towels to room but never did. Building shows be torn down.

Not safe for familys or children there is no dining hall there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room it is full of drug dealers and prostitute most people are living there long term. During our stay they evicted a man who had 4 rroms in the hotel and in 1 room alone they was snow shoveling the trash which was over a foot thick. Staff is poor and yhere are no services. No phone in the rooms took over 24 hours for them to bring us 2 towels for a 3 night stay. And that was with me staying on top of reminding them that we still needed towels. I do not recommend staying here it is the worst money i ever spent on a palce. Was supposed to be for my birthday and it ruined the whole birthday

On feb 14 2025 me an my husband got there to c the building looking like it was falling apart u could c the yellow curtains form outside we was like it’s jus for one night maybe we can tough it out as we get in our room pass the 100 ppl hanging around doing drugs to go threw this scary back room to get to our room as we walk up to our door the door no longer has locks on it I can jus push it open u don’t even need a key card we walk in room looks for lights come to fine out none we had to open curtain there was one lamp that even work inside the room smell like mold an weed so bad an I go around the bed the sheets r black an got condoms on floor at that point i was like omg I just can’t top it off I walk in bathroom the bathroom handle in tub would even move to turn on Told the lady we didn’t even have running water She said well, y’all have a king suite you’ll have one of the best rooms she said I hate to see the room that I would put y’all in. My husband said don’t even worry about it. We are not staying here. This is so disgusting. This shouldn’t even be allowed for any person to be here. We will be calling the Board of Health and no children should be allowed in this building at all.

The only reason i stayed was i had drive 22 hours straight and could not safely drive any more. Barely consider the a able to pass a safety inspection. Furnishings old and falling apart. Air conditioner had all the controls busted off. Tv bracket torn off the wall. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Front entrance had a column broken by what i assume was a car collision. And people just sitting in the hallway who i assume overhearing the conversation are long term residents. Only positive was once i finally got the shower on the water was hot. Had my wife been with me we would have left within minutes of seeing the poir conditions.

The rooms didn't look nothing like the pictures my shower didn't work I didn't have a shower curtain my sink was dirty my my bed look like someone has slept in them there was no fire alarm in there no the plugs on the wall didn't have covers they're roaches the staff had an attitude then charged me 25 more dollars more to switch rooms the second room was no better but at least the shower worked the towels were filthy like somebody been working on cars and watch them
