The people working there were very nice, but hot water heater didn't work. Had to walk through a soaked blanket in the middle of the hallway just to get to my room. This is basically a trap house hotel.

This place is trashy! The lobby stinks, the curtains are torn and shredded, there are abandoned cars in the parking lots, homeless looking people are wandering around. Did not stay there.

This was this most unbelievable Hotel experiences I have ever had. I have never checked into a hotel in which I was afraid to stay at. I am applauded at the fact you would even have such an establishment of this sort representing on your company website. The room and establishment was not clean, the door was open to the room when I arrived... and I can hardly express my disbelieve with the condition of the entire hotel. I deserve a refund, as I was too afraid to stay there. I have pictures.

Scammy staff, upon arrival with a reservation they told me they were fully booked and didn’t have a room for me, I asked for a refund, told me to reach out to Expedia since I booked through them, I reach out to Expedia and they said they need to contact the property for a refund, and property claims that my reservation is a no show. No refund, no resolution, just passing the buck around. Both parties expedia and hotel is scammy. Avoid.

THE INTERNET DID NOT WORK THE ENTIRE TIME. A PASSWORD AND NETWORD NAME WAS GIVEN TO ME BUT IT STILL DID NOT WORK. THE ROOM THAT I REQUEST ONLINE WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO ME. I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM INSTEAD. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A ROOM WITH A KITCHEN. THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. THERE WERE HOLES IN THE CEILING IN THE BATHROOM UNFINISHED WORKED THAT NEEDED TO BE COMPLETED ON THE HOTEL. THE ROOM WAS DIRTY. IT WAS AWFUL. THE STAFF AND MANAGER CRYSTAL HAS A REALLY BAD ATTITUDE AND DOES NOT CARE TO HELP WITH THE ISSUES THAT ARE HAPPENING. I ADVOSED HER OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON AND SHE WAS SO NONCHALANT ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY STAY HERE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DUMP OF A HOTEL.

I have NEVER stayed in a hotel this scary anywhere I've traveled in my life. The hotel looked abandoned. I can't even begin to tell you what was wrong. All I can say is, I'm glad I came out alive. Definitely NOT worth saving $30-40. Stay somewhere else.

This place needs to be shut down Immediately.. if I could give ZERO STARS THATS WHAT IT WOULD HAVE GOTTEN. Rooms looks like a crime scene .. moldy and urine smells hit you right in the Face mattress covered in blood stains and corners filled with BED BUGS sheets with burn holes and furniture infested with mold if you thinking about it DO NOT STAY HERE the pictures for this place has to be years old cause it looks nothing like it save your self the time and disappointment the HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED ON THIS PLACE. And the workers need to call EEOC FOR THE CONDITIONS THEY ARE WORKING IN.This place is just inhumane and is not up to par for just one night of living conditions.

Ist room had zero towels and the light by the bed was ripped off the wall. The security peephole in the door was punched out. I was moved across the hall and that room had no waste basket, one flimsy towel and the microwave was so disgusting I didn't use it.
