A wonderful stay

This is a beautiful hotel connected to a casino with nice restaurants and a fun bakery. We had a king size bed and our room was huge and luxurious at a really good price. I would love to stay here again.

We always enjoy Sam’s. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. The hotel is nice. The pool was clean and enjoyable - though the hot tub jets aren’t very strong. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our go to spot in Shreveport.

Perfect little work getaway

I was traveling for work, but my wife decided to travel with me. She works remotely and it worked out great because while I was at work she was able to work from the room and when I get back, we were able to walk the casino and spend time together.

The fact that the old key cards constantly stopped working was so annoying. Couldn't go into the gym because the key card didn't work. Another day. Couldn't use the elevator because again the key card just wouldn't work. The bar was never opened except for one night but closed early the entire week I was there. Food options aren't good. There's only hot water. No chance in getting a cold shower or warm. Water comes out hot.

Rude staff. Hotel is run down and depressing. Casino is a joke. Old machines that pay nothing. We went to Margaritaville to eat, drink and gamble. We won there!
