Customer service great! The room was beautiful looked exactly like the pictures everything was so spacious and beautiful and my room faced the water I loved every second of it!! Ten out of ten would recommend!

Seem to be understaffed and was a little sketchy in certain areas. One gentleman's money was stolen while we were there in the casino. Really small Casino and very limited games. Everything seems outdated elevators feel like they're going to stop working or come Crashing Down.
