Very sketchy. There are no water bottles provided in room. The tap water tastes like dirt (I always drink tap water this is undrinkable). I tried going to vending machine on my floor there it is cash only and I do not have cash. I tried getting ice to melt and drink the ice machine does not work. I called the front desk they refuse to provide water.

This hotel is listed as luxury but there is nothing luxurious about it. The first room we were given was not clean, shabby and generally unpleasant. The second room was cleaner but far from spotless, not what you would expect from a luxury hotel.

The hotel was ok. The rooms are very outdated and need some paint touch up, shampoo the carpets or replace and general upgrades. The bathroom had hair on the floor from where it looked like maybe they just mopped rather than swept too. The bathroom door had what looked like soda splashes on it. The tub was clean and the bed linens were clean. The pillows are very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable so I recommend bringing your own. The steakhouse food was good

Can't wait to return

14th floor with a great view of the Boardwalk. The room was enormous and had a huge garden tub in the bathroom. The pool and spa area were amazing.

One of the lights out in the bathroom flickered like a strobe. Shower curtain too short for shower. Window curtain wouldnt close all the way. Smokey Joes restaurant had good food but terrible service. Lots of waiting. Front desk staff and bellman was great
