This lovely property has recently been refurbished by the host and we are proud to present it as a cosy 3 bedroom, 3-storey comfortable and spacious property for 6 guests, located in a popular residential area of Shrewsbury, just 15 minutes walk/ 5 minutes drive into Shrewsbury town centre. There are local shops to stock up on produce, and several pubs within walking distance. A great base to explore Shropshire.

*Bathroom: 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, towel radiator.

As you enter the property, you are greeted by a cosy sitting room with leads into a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
This opens out into a light and airy dining room to seat 6 guests. A downstairs WC leads from this room.
Walk through the rear door to a sweet and private walled patioed courtyard with table and chairs for enjoying your morning hot drinks or a chilled glass of wine for later!
Upstairs on the first floor is the main bathroom with a generous sized glass walk-in shower. Follow the landing to the first spacious king bedroom with hanging space and drawers.
Take the stairs to the second floor to find two more comfy bedrooms, a spacious room with king size bed and a smaller double bedroom at the rear.

*We kindly insist that smoking or vaping is prohibited in the property.
*No parties or loud noise in the property. We have neighbours either side.
*Transportation is easily accessible, with Shrewsbury train and bus station just a 15 minute walk from the house.
*Please note that this apartment is situated on a main route into Shrewsbury so you will hear some road noise road.
*Loud music is not permitted at any time, and we ask guests to keep all noise down after 10 pm.
*This property does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £45, up to 1 pm. This is because arranging a later check-out requires us to adjust our cleaning schedule to ensure the property is still fully prepared and spotless for the next guests checking in. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night's stay.
