Arrived close to midnight. Phone sat at the front stating to call 416 and we saw a patron in the main area. We called 5-6 times on the phone, no response. The other patron tried and then began knocking on the door to the office, no response. Patron stated he has lived there a year and proceed to invite us to his room. We were two women out of town and afraid of who this person is and just wanted a staff member. 8-10 minutes later a sloppy dressed man comes out the back with no shoes or socks on and looks to have been woken up. Never checked out IDs. Took our word for it and scanned my friends card. Next morning at 8:45 am your maid walks into our room, while we slept. No knock, no announcement, just walks right in and opens the door. I call downstairs and the lady said “so did you need late check out?” I asked when check out was for her to tell me 11 am. So I asked why I would need a late check out if it is 8:45. She had no response but seemed to imply we should be gone by then and it was okay for the maid to just walk in on guests and if we were gone it would have been fine. But because we weren’t, more of an our issue thing. Found dead bugs in the shower. Overall it was a nightmare.

My father and I were traveling and had requested a handicap accessible room for him. They were able to make that happen, and that made our stay so pleasant. We really liked how there wasn’t a lot of noise. There weren’t people running around and making noise. We geotermal same there and really enjoyed the breakfast, which was warm and wonderful. We really enjoyed our time and Sydney to Nebraska at the comfort Inn.

Good overnight stay

Room was good but did see a couple of dead bugs. Other than that, it was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was mediocre. No protein other than the gravy. No fresh fruit options except apples and the refrigerator was almost empty. Very little yogurt and I saw no milk.

I had checked into a different hotel right before this and it was so bad I wished I had checked the reviews. Looked for another hotel near by with reviews and I Found this hotel to be praised for its cleanliness and I was not disappointed.

A good stay at a good location

The hotel was fine: clean, comfortable, friendly. We especially liked that they welcomed dogs, though we weren't traveling with one. It was located close to an Applebee's .
