Friendly staff, room clean (except old stains on sheets and towels, they are washed though) but dated. My problem was while having breakfast on my balcony the table suddenly crashed, a cup broke and I had to pay for it. What if the bed broke? I would not dare to stay here’s again

This is not a resort and does not look anything like the main picture on Expedia. It is old and tired, staff communication is difficult as no one really speaks English. Ground floor room was dark and too many mozzies for me so I found another hotel after 2 nights. Was just too depressing to stay here. Location is ok, thou can be noisy at night. You get what you pay for…there are 100s of better hotels in SR to stay.

BayStone Spitzen-Resort!

Überall volle Punktzahl gegeben, das sagt alles. Kleines, süßes Hotel, in dem man sich jederzeit Mühe gibt, damit die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Von A bis Z ne glatte 1. Würden wir immer wieder buchen. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt, hat andere Probleme.
