Staff is great and very nice, they provided airport shuttle for us, and that’s a plus. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is due to the room showing its age, mainly bathroom. Possibly need some upgrades instead of little fixes by now.

Staff (Miriam) very rude and arrogant. Checked in around 7pm with two toddler's, we are tired from a long day traveling and she was so cold and obnoxious. Our friends flight got canceled and they rebooked them to ours at 0610am we were not staying for the continental breakfast so instead of staying all night at the airport we told them to come over and stay warm. Well Miriam decided to add an extra charge for other adults being in the room. Ridiculous lady.
