Pika Point is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita backing to national forest in the picturesque Summit Sky Ranch community in Silverthorne, Colorado. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to relax, explore, or work remotely, this cozy space comfortably sleeps two guests on a queen-size bed and includes an en suite bathroom and dedicated workspace.

Step outside your door to enjoy the best of mountain living, guests have access to Summit Sky Ranch’s private trail network, with a trailhead just steps away. Inside, unwind in the inviting living area featuring a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and stunning forest and mountain views.

The kitchen includes an electric stovetop, refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing simple meals, along with a dining area for two.

The kitchen does not include a dishwasher or oven.

There is no washer or dryer on-site.

The casita is a private guest space with its own entrance. While fully separate, it is attached to the main home, which has respectful full-time residents who will not disturb your stay.

There is only parking for 1 vehicle available in the driveway.

Our vacation rental homes come with a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, trash bags (for kitchen and bathroom), and all towels and linens. Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include: an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Outside of the amenities available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, Keystone and Dillon waiting for you to explore.

Check in / Check out: Check in is at 4:00 pm MDT/MST or later. Check out is no later than 10:00 am MDT/MST. Cleaning crews often arrive shortly after 10:00 am. Late departures or early arrivals MUST be arranged with the Manager in writing and are subject to additional fees.

2. Footwear: Please remove shoes when in the home.

3. Smoking: This is non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the residence or on the premise. Evidence of smoking in the home shall be subject to a $1,500 fee up to the full amount of any cleaning or odor remediation necessary.

4. Parking: Parking is limited to one 1 vehicle. Street parking is NOT allowed due to street plowing and Town of Silverthorne regulations. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Class B vans are not allowed in the community.

5. Pets: No pets are allowed at the property for any period of time. If you are in a dog friendly home, you must alert management and pay the $150.00 non-refundable fee for one dog in advance of your stay. Undeclared pets are subject to a $500.00 fee.

6. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of this property is 2 unless otherwise approved by the property manager, Summit Sky Ranch rentals.

7. Doors and windows: During cold temperatures and when absent from the home, guests shall keep all doors and windows of the property closed, to defend against cold weather extremes and other sources of property damage. Guests are responsible for any repair that occurs if there is failure to take these measures during winter months.

8. Fireplace/s: The fireplaces in the property are natural-gas fireboxes. Guests shall not throw any paper, wood, or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Guests shall not roast/cook anything over any of the gas fireplaces. Rearranging the log features in the fireplace is not allowed.

9. Fire Pit: Our Summit Sky Ranch neighborhood offers various outdoor natural gas firepits. No one may use the firepits except those fully knowledgeable and comfortable with gas and lighting operation. Guest acknowledges that improper operation could lead to property damage, injury, or even death. Guest assumes all liability for improper use or operation of the firepit. Never under any circumstances shall the gas be left on when a flame is not burning or when the fire pit is unattended. Guests shall NEVER throw any paper or other combustible materials in the firepit. Do not leave this fire pit unattended. Keep children away from the flame.

10. Plumbing: Guests shall not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, diapers, wipes, or other objects shall be flushed at any time or additional charges may be assessed.

11. Hot Tub: If the property offers a private hot tub, guest is responsible for any damage. Minors may not use the hot tub without adult supervision. If any routine maintenance is required for the hot tub, Guest agrees to let SSR know and under no circumstances try to drain or service the hot tub. Guest acknowledges and agrees that the hot tub, if any, and surrounding deck or patio can be dangerous, and injury may occur and accepts and assumes all risks involved. No glass is allowed in or around the hot tub. Hot tub must always remain covered when not in use. Misuse, excessive noise, or use requiring a drain and fill may lead to additional charges or revocation of use privileges. No hot tub use after 10pm.

12. Trash & Recycling: All trash must be gathered into the trashcans in the home. Trash or other food items must never be left outside; bears and other interested creatures are nearby. Do not leave overflowing trash in the garage. Please take overflow to the trash facility.

13. Disposal: The kitchen sink disposal is intended to process liquids and small soft food particles only. Egg shells, potato peels or other hard or large food or items shall not be run through disposal.

14. Dishes: Please wash all dishes and leave them on the drying rack or put them away. Excessive unwashed dishware may be subject to additional charges.

15. Towels or Linens: Please leave any used towels on the corresponding bathroom floors. Do not remove make up on white towels.

16. Keys: Any home keys must be left at the residence or with the Manager. Un-returned keys are subject to additional fees. Amenities FOBs must be returned to drop box at the front door of the Aspen House.

17. Events: Events are defined as any use of the property where the number of guests exceeds the occupancy number allowed and where the property may see alterations with decorations, additional furniture and/or moving furniture. All events must be pre-approved in writing by SSR. Please Note: No Glitter, No Sparklers, Leave No Trace of Any Decorations.

18. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm, strictly enforced, thank you!
