The staff were great and the beds were very comfortable. The room was lacking though. It was very tiny, maybe 175 sqf total including the bathroom and the bed. Also there was about an inch gap between the door and the floor. Outside the door was a common area and there were people hanging out there late into the night and it sounded like they were in the room with us which made it hard to sleep.

Where do I begin?! The Block well-exceeded our expectations, beginning with extremely friendly and attentive staff to exceptionally tidy and comfortable accommodations. We were thrilled to be able to prepare our own meals and enjoy them in a spacious and warm common area. It was a nice surprise to experience a full bar in the common area, making our evenings really enjoyable. There were other common areas tucked away where we played games - our own, and those the Block provided - in these cozy nooks. We really enjoyed the hot tub that featured beautiful views of Silverthorne. This was our first time, but it will definitely not be our last!

The room was in good condition and the staff was courteous. The walls are super thin and it was LOUD. With an extra door to exit and enter, there was tons of slamming almost constantly. The bathroom was nice but the sink was too small. A TV would have been nice.

The staff! We drove from Phoenix, arriving at 10am- check OUT time, not check IN time. We expected to wait until 4pm. Front desk confirmed same. But, they called us at 10:30am- our room was ready! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Small things- an electric kettle in the room, and two ceramic mugs, as well as a selection of teas. A snow brush for brushing the snow off. Directions to a number of places, and how to use the bus system.
