Omar at the pool was great! he kept the people entertained. Roselene D, cleaned my room so well and Devin the driver who took us to the airport. if you want relaxation, then this is the place. Close to the airport, close to Maho beach. Close to town. Everything was walking distance, i really enjoyed my time here.

I recently stayed at The Morgan Resort and my experience was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Everything was exceptional, food, drinks and the pool. Gabriela Paun stood out for her exceptional professionalism and warmth. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect — from offering helpful recommendations about the area / restaurants to ensuring I was taking care of by the pool. Gabriela’s genuine kindness, attentiveness and dedication made me feel valued as a guest, and she turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I sincerely appreciate her efforts. The hotel is beautiful. The pool gives so much beach vibes and you can order food/drinks from your chairs(someone is usually going around to take orders, just put the flag up behind the chair so they know.) The food was delicious. Usually hotel food is mediocre but the food here was a 10/10, breakfast and lunch. Ofeka allowed us to check in early as we arrived at 1:30 PM and our room was ready which was a plus. She was very upbeat and went over all the amenities, where to get things and even gave us local spot recommendations and she was on point with them! All the staff were courteous. As for higher management, I would like to recommend that the menus be more durable so they don’t stain or bend. I went to other restaurants outside of the hotel and they were hard menus that won’t stain from food or wetness and can easily be cleaned with a rag. This is something minor so I didn’t take stars away and probably isn’t a big deal for others. Maintenance also needs more upkeep, our balcony door did not lock, fortunately we were on the last floor ocean front so I wasn’t too worried and the clothing rack that holds the hangers fell off the hinges when trying to hang up a sweater. Again, something minor in my opinion and wasn’t a big deal for us. I didn’t bother with maintenance coming to fix it as it wasn’t something we needed. Overall, we loved our suite and would def go back. For first timers, please advise that majority restaurants charge a 15% service fee
