The hotel has a lot of potential, but a few issues really took away from the stay. The biggest concern was the bathroom setup. There was no electrical outlet for a hairdryer, which is a pretty basic expectation. When I reported it, maintenance brought an extension cord to run into the bathroom. That felt unsafe and honestly like a fire hazard, not an appropriate long-term solution. Service at the front desk was inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others came across as disengaged and uninterested, almost as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Overall, the stay was fine on the surface, but these details matter. With better attention to safety and more consistent customer service, this hotel could be much better than it currently is.

Clean room in a lively area. The pool and the laundry facilities were great. Having a kitchenette in the room and a larger kitchen on the premises made quick meals and snacks very easy! Def recommend!

The room was modern and clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is right at the start of little India which can be a surprise to some people. There is a lot of construction in the area right now. The hotel is a short walk to the MRT which is nice and affordable.

Everything was very good, except wify. Wify was either not getting connected or if connected, lasted only for few minutes. Even reception of our own data was very poor in the room we were alotted for. Rest nice location, great amenities, good staff.

Front desk didn't go out of their way to welcome me or provide help with getting familiar with area. No maps were available. Room updates are needed, floor is slippery in shower and there are stains left on countertops in kitchen and bathroom. I stayed at the Citidines in Yokohama that had fruit infused water & free coffee and nice seating in common area. This location didn't have those same atmosphere or amenities.

Decent serviced apartment with good public transport nearby, check-in was seamless. Rooms were clean and adequately equipped. My room was facing the main road with some construction underway, so traffic noise was audible.
