This was by far the worst travel experience in a long while, starting with a lengthy back and forth trying to arrange a check-in after 7PM, took many messaging platforms, emails, phone calls, etc, to get anything out of them.
I specifically booked a Premier Room for this trip, and on arrival they shoved me into a windowless stuido on the first floor, trying to gaslight me that I was "upgraded" because the shower had in my original room was broken.
It took a lot more effort and arm-twisting to get any compensation out of them, making this overall a horrible experience that I'll never do business with Habyt at any location ever again.
