The detached holiday home, renovated in 2012, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 110 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over a 16 sqm terrace directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Dining room with TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
