The space
The apartment boasts of modern, stylish decor well equipped with high speed internet, towels, bed linen, toiletries,24/7 security, housekeeping ,a large pool, covered parking and a gym. The apartment has a large 55 inch flat-screen Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and washing machine with large balcony with a swing .The decor boasts of the famous Goan artist Mario Miranda's artistry that blends the Goan Bohemian vibe with modern furnishings.The decor is hand picked to blend in the Goan ambience into the space.
Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, one queen size and one king size beds, a closet and an air-conditioner. The master bedroom also has a workspace for those who wish to enjoy a relaxed workation. Each bedroom is well ventilated and has ample natural light coupled with privacy.
The living area is a well spread space with a large L shaped 6-seater sofa .The apartment is also equipped with a sofa cum bed to accommodate till about 6 guests comfortably.
A stylish modular kitchen with Portuguese tiles brings in the ideal Goan ambience well equipped with all the amenities required to prepare anything from a cup of tea to a large spread of meals. It also has an island to add to the space in addition to a 4 seater dining table .
The kitchen opens up to a service/drying area fit with a large sink, an automatic washing machine and a cloth drying rack.

The apartment, with the living area, the kitchen and the bedrooms along with the balcony is private and exclusive to the guests who book through us.

The apartment complex has a large well-maintained swimming pool whose access is shared by residents & guests of the complex.

The complex has a gymnasium for those who wish to continue their fitness regime whilst on holiday. It also has a table-tennis setup and carrom board for recreation.

***** Housekeeping & Cleaning *****
Once-a-day housekeeping services are offered to the guests on a daily basis during their stay. One among the windows 11 AM - 12 PM or 2 PM - 3 PM shall be chosen by the guests to get their housekeeping done. We would also insist that the guests stay in the apartment during the housekeeping job

Daily housekeeping includes cleaning the rooms & washrooms along with doing up the bedding. Those who wish to get their utensils washed shall need to pay extra to the staff depending upon the job.

Towels are replaced with fresh sets every 2 days. Bed linen are changed once in three days

We also provide chef-on-call services. In the event of requirement, we would be sharing the contact details of the concerned team with whom you may share your requirements and schedule the services.
