Loved this comfy little place, left at home, had everything we needed. On the way into town I got a message from Beth there was an issue with the lock box, she met us at the door when we rolled into town, gave some sweet recommendations on places to go while I'm town for a concert and how to get around. Will definitely stay again when back in the area. Thank you Ryan/Beth

Snacks and bottled water were appreciated. My daughter forgot her toothbrush but you had one there for her. Temperature was perfect inside considering there was a blizzard outside!

cute home, perfect stay

Cute little place to stay. it was an easy drive to our relatives. House had a nice welcome package. Hopefully it will be available next summer as well when we hopefully make it out again. Wish we could have gotten Espn, it wouldn’t let us use our home log in , so we missed playoff games.

Very nice over all. Enjoyed the quiet and peaceful area.Had everything we were looking for and more.Just a suggestion maybe a fan in each bedroom as there was no ceiling fan. Otherwise excellent.

Excellent quiet and comfortable apartment!

This is a quiet and comfortable apartment in the central part of Sioux Falls. Pillows on the porch made porch sitting rewarding. Clean and well balanced. A little trouble with the side door lock on entering. Luckily the owner was working nearby and it all got sorted out. I recommend this property.

Beds were so comfortable!

Very easy booking and great detail from owner while booking. Location was a very short Uber ride to downtown. It was extremely clean, the bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in and my friend in the other room said the same. Only issue was it is a bit loud when the other tenant is walking but not a big deal at all for our stay!!! Would definitely recommend this place!

Nice and quiet neighborhood

The property was very clean and pleasant. There is a tenant who occupies the upstairs, being able to hear them when they got out of bed. If you are a “heavy” sleeper, you will not hear. The owners did leave several bottles of water, breakfast/protein bars and coffee. Plenty of extra towels & linens. We felt safe leaving our car full of “college” furnishings parked overnight.

Beautiful Home!

Wonderful space! So clean and cute. very simple instructions on the check in/check out process. may I suggest leaving the toilet plunger in the bathroom? we bought one because we didn’t look in the hall closet until after we had gotten one. no worries though! overall a wonderful stay, thank you!
