Come and stay at our beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Sioux Falls! This home is large enough to host a big family, but cozy enough to make you feel at home. It boasts 4 great size bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, as well as 2 sleeper sofas for larger groups. Watch your favorite movie or sports game on the Smart TV as you sit in the 7 person hot tub after a long day. The large fenced in back yard is perfect for kids or pets wanting to stretch their legs. Enjoy easy access to all of Sioux Falls with Augie, USF, Sanford just blocks away, and Avera just 1 mile away. Numerous restaurants are less than a mile from your front door.

Enjoy this ranch home that has two bedrooms on the main and two in the basement. Plenty of seating for large family events at the table, and put up a second table for holiday events. Large backyard with plenty of room to play and two off street parking spots.
