Main Condo (#32) – The Hub
All units are connected internally, making it easy to gather while still offering separation when needed. This is where your group gathers for meals, relaxing, and time together.

Studio Suites (#33 & #34) – Private Spaces

Guests have full, private access to all three condo units, reserved exclusively for your group. All units are internally connected, so you can move easily between spaces without going outside.

Black Butte Ranch Access
All guests are required to stop at the Welcome Center upon arrival to receive gate cards for access to community amenities, including:

• Other resort amenities

Parking
• Parking available near the condo units for multiple vehicles
• Please follow all Black Butte Ranch parking guidelines during your stay

To help keep the space comfortable for everyone:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• No parties or events
• No smoking
Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding units during your stay.

Cleaning & Care
• Professionally cleaned before every stay
• Please treat the home with care during your visit
• Damage protection is in place to cover minor accidental incidents

Check-In & Requests
Standard check-in and check-out times allow for proper cleaning between guests. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.
