Ingen personal vid ankomst, ingen vÀrme pÄ rummet och frukosten var mikrovÀmt stekt Àgg med tvÄ köttbullar. Personalen vid utcheckningen visste inte vad som gÀllde med betalningen sÄ dom tog namn och telefonnummer och sedan ringer annan personal och Àr riktigt otrevliga.

Restaurant lukket. DÞren til receptionen var lÄst og blokeret med opstablede mÞbler samt en seddel der henviste gÊsterne til et telefonnummer! Det viste sig dog at der var en alternativ adgangsvej. Ingen varme pÄ vÊrelset - sov i overtÞj. Ingen hÄndklÊder. Ingen sÊbe. ToiletbrÊttet faldt pÄ gulvet. Det varme brugsvand kom ikke over 40 grader dvs livsfarlig legionella risiko. Modtagelsen i receptionen var kaos og opgivelse hos en Êldre dame der var sat pÄ jobbet. FÊllestoiletter for damer. Et toilet var helt tilstoppet med fÊkalier og papir. Et andet kunne ikke lÄses og cisternen var defekt. Toilet papir overalt pÄ gulvene. Manglende rengÞring overalt. NÊste morgen virkede receptionen noget mere professionel. Morgenkaffen var lunken. BrÞdet var tÞrt og kedeligt. Jeg er en hyppig bruger af hotelreservationer i udlandet. Den aktuelle oplevelse rangerer til bundplacering.

Vi hade bokat 3 rum varav i 2st fungerade inte tv:n vi fick byta till rum med fungerade apparater Rummen var inte stÀdade det var bÀddat men inte bytt sÀngklÀder efter förra gÀsten det var hÄrstrÄn i sÀng o kuddar nattduksbordet kunde man skriva i dammet det fanns ingen tvÄl i 2av rummen Frukosten var inte vÀrd namnet inte fÀrskt bröd och serverat av vaktmÀstaren skulle vara frukostbuffé men det var det inte Nej en rejÀl uppryckning mÄste till om det ska överleva
