Dirty bathroom

The shower in the bathroom was covered in green filth. Was not usable. No one at the hotel responded to messages. Hotels.com staff attempted to intervene, but hotel management was unresponsive and unwilling to do anything. If you stay here you're on your own-- don't expect anyone to help if you have issues.

We usually rate a bathroom on the number of safety bars available. Although it seems to be a very new hotel, it could use some bars as there were none. Check-in was interesting and thankfully we had read our email before we arrived. Comfortable beds.
