The room was more spacious than I was expecting and had a touch of luxury about it. I can't fault the buffet breakfast and facilities available. It felt value for money. The staff who worked for the hotel were lovely, so it was a shame that the external staff at the shared facilities (Ina and Manta) were often unfriendly and unhelpful. I also found it bizarre that the hotel didn't deter large groups of local teenagers from hanging around the front of the hotel and even the bar balcony area for several hours.

Great location with friendly helpful staff. The room was big and very clean. Great amenities. Lovely place to relax and unwind with a great view of Valletta from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again. Also the shopping mall is next door!!

The hotel was spotless, the room spacious and modern, the breakfast buffet one of the best, but the staff really stood out as courteous and very helpful. We couldn't fault this hotel and would stay here again

Was offered an upgrade and wow!!! Room had a massive bathroom with jacuzzi bath and dermalife capsule. The view was amazing with views of the basilica and all the way down to Sliema. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just amazing!!

Clean and spacious, with good facilities. Staff were polite and generally helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. The pool and poolside area is independent from the hotel and reached through a tunnel under the main road. You have to get a reservation ticket to use the sunbeds, and only a proportion of the sunbeds are allowed for hotel users. We asked for adjoining and if possible connecting rooms in advance, and received an acknowledgement of this: "room allocations next to each other is subject to availability on the day of your arrival. While we cannot guarantee it, we will certainly take a note of your request and do our best to accommodate you." On arrival we were assigned rooms that were 4 floors apart, one of which had a connecting door to another room. How hard is it for a modern hotel to reserve two adjoining or connecting rooms in advance? We consider this poor customer service; very disappointing.

The room was beautifully decorated, with all the comforts we'd expect and more. The amenities at the hotel are great. Use of the gym for free was a real bonus for us and one of the main reasons for booking. It's a fantastic facility. Access to the outdoor pool at Manta was straightforward and another great bonus. However, the service at Manta leaves a lot to be desired, though I accept this is not likely anything to do with the hotel.
