This iconic 6-bedroom, 4-bath beachfront property boasts 180-degree ocean views. Wide windows that pierce the panels of the unique dome-style architecture allow for swaths of natural light to flood the space and showcase stunning views of waves crashing on the beach - from almost every room!

THE HOUSE:
Welcome to Seaside Stargazer, a completely refreshed Dome home in North Topsail, NC. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by the scent of the ocean, the sounds of the waves, and the sight of incredible architecture and bespoke stained glass windows! It’s your very own private 6-bedroom home with plenty of space for 14 people - and even 8 cars. Starting with the private beach, up to the 4th story indoor crow’s nest with its own hammocks, out to a spacious deck and a private Master balcony, this is what makes for unforgettable sunsets and sunrises inside and out. Seaside Stargazer transforms an ordinary beach vacation into a truly unforgettable experience.

LIVING SPACES:
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area enables the entire group to appreciate this space together, but this house also has enough nooks and crannies to give everyone their own special spot!

Snuggle into one of the living room window seats with a cup of coffee in the morning, or bring a glass of wine out to an Adirondack chair on the deck at sunset. Look out over the open living area and the ocean beyond from the loft above while enjoying the state-of-the-art Infinity games table or settling in for a movie. Relax on the lower level deck in the Viking Hot Tub and listen to the waves crash.

Or head up to the 4th-floor indoor crow’s nest to relax in a hammock and check out the stars!

Steps down from the lower deck is the gorgeous North Top Sail coastline where you can spend the day soaking up sun and watching dolphins and pelicans at play. The beach is famous for being a great spot to collect shark teeth and moon rocks. Have a competition with your friends and family to see who can collect the most throughout your stay. Note: Plan to enjoy your beach time at low tide, as high tide can be high! And don’t forget to be on the beach for sunsets and sunrises, they’re magical!

Seaside Stargazer is in a great spot to explore all the nearby areas on Topsail Island.

-Sneads Ferry is just a 15-minute drive
-Surf City is about a 30-minute drive
-North Topsail Park is only a 6-minute drive.
-Public Access Pier, just 14 minutes by foot.
-North Topsail Surf & Paddle has plenty of beach rentals including surfboards, skim boards, paddleboards, and kayaks!

GETTING TO THE HOUSE:
Fly into Jacksonville (OAJ) Airport and take a 45 minute drive to North Topsail. Or, fly into Wilmington Airport, just an hour drive away and enjoy the scenic ride along the coastline. With either airport, you can rent a car, take an uber, or order a car service.

GUEST ACCESS:
The long driveway allows for plenty of car parking space. You can fit at least 8 vehicles in the driveway, as our guests are the only ones that have access to it.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Seaside Stargazer is complete with refreshed interiors including new painted walls, new floors, new mattresses, and new linens and towels. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked. Bathroom necessities, toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper are supplied to get you started. Our Kitchen “pay-it-forward” policy here is a big hit.

We do not offer discounts at this time. We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility, and a ton of amenities not found in most beach rentals. If you have a specific request, we will do what we can to accommodate you.

We don't live on the Island, but we have a stellar team that does! They are ready to help in case of any emergency.

ABOUT THE HOST:
Hello! My name is Vanessa and Jacob is my husband. We've been married 20 years and have 6 kids. Though this property is new to us (2021), our family-run business has gratefully served over 900 sets of happy guests at many different properties over the years. We strive to provide an exceptional guest experience focusing our efforts on cleanliness, service, and providing everything you need to have an easy and enjoyable getaway.

We bought this house because we feel like we have a private beach. There is an empty lot to our left, and our right neighbors have such a large home, they had to build further back. We hardly see people at the end of this quiet island, and we love that added feeling of being by ourselves. We hope you have the BEST time at the Seaside Stargazer, our slice of heaven!

**Ring cameras: 1 front door, (to allow in maintenance personnel and monitor deliveries) 1 oceanside (crows nest) to watch for storms, and 1 under the lowest deck (facing the dune and decking to check on beach erosion, last fall we had posts dangling out of the sand). NO ring cameras are recording, and will NOT be accessed during guests stays. Used only for Hurricane conditions to monitor house and ocean safety.
