This was my third time staying at a Saint Regis property. I think four stars rating is fair. It’s a good place to stay… not over the top luxury but a nice decent place. Nice communication with owners.

Did not meet expectations

As a family, we have visited Topsail for decades. This is honestly the first time we could say we had a rough stay. For starters, my father was put on hold for over 20 minutes when he was trying to get into the room as he arrived ahead of me. He had all of the pertinent information, but still was not provided adequate assistance. Some other issues included:- poor instructions as to how the front door lock works- handprints all over the sliding door upon arrival- continual presence of fruit flies from the time we entered through the entire rest of the week- lack of basic necessities for the kitchen/eating (no salt & pepper, no sharp pairing knife, no garbage bags, ONE dingy kitchen towel, no ice trays)- broken, unreliable or dirty items (barely working elevator, second bedroom closet doors broken, headboard on queen bed broken, TV remotes not working thus the TV did not work, no instructions as to how to work the TV, unreliable internet connection, hidden light switches, disgustingly soiled couch, wet piece of carpeting on deck, broken deck chairs, no bathmat in front of the sink in second bathroom, sheets didn't fit the beds)This stay didn't come close to meeting our expectations. This condo would have been adequate to keep a roof over our heads, food cold and provide a shower, but those are all things I could find at a Hampton Inn. We did not receive what we felt was promised in the VRBO listing and it would be great to actually receive even a partial refund.

Solid Space - needs some love

The amount of space is perfect for families and overall cleanliness was good. Just a lot of bumps and scrapes all over.Broken rod to the balcony , banged up doors and behind doors, stains on extra comforters in closet, etc

St regis yes, this unit no

St. Regis was great but this unit was a disaster. Upon arrival it was not clean, it had not been cleaned and even one of the beds was not made. The toilet in the main bathroom had a leak and the kitchen sink had a leak which saturated the carpet in the dining room which not only was it dusgusting but it made the dining room unusable for the entirety of our trip. The kitchen was so ill equiped that we had to take a lot groceries home with us bc we couldnt cook them. Vacasa would not give me any type of refund considering the circumstances.

Great location

This property has many amenities, including restaurants, playground, pool and beach. The condo is well equipped with beautiful ocean views from the deck. The only downside was that there were no instructions on how to use the dishwasher, AC, TV, etc. That would be helpful to guests. Also, a list of local restaurants and attractions would have been an advantage. Thank God for Google.

Easy to get to the beach and pool. The room needs some repairs, toilet in master bathroom lose, tub extremely slick, tv remotes didnt have any batteries, wifi didn't work. Over all tho was nice place.

I was disappointed to find the playground closed. We had our grandsons a couple times and it would have been nice to have that. This was not mentioned in the advertisement for the unit. Pool is under repair also.

The condo was clean, The carpet is bad. Stained in almost every room, but was still clean. master bedroom in in need of major updating. Ceiling falling down, bad drywall in master bath, tub falling apart. Mattress in master bedroom is VERY BAD. Would stay again. View and weather were great.

Very nice stay

The room was overall very clean and spacious for my husband and I. We were pleasantly surprised by the complementary laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent for our use. The location was safe and the view was fantastic from our room. The walk to the beach was easy and we really enjoyed being able to walk on the beach without a far distance. We would definitely come back here again.

Great view and very spacious St. Regis

Great view and very spacious at the the St. Regis. Overall, it was a nice getaway and had nice furniture with very comfortable beds. I think the previous guess put away dishes that were dirty b/c I found at least 5-8 dirty. Definitely not the owners fault. I would definitely recommend changing out the carpet to vinyl planking or tile. Just a personal preference since the carpet needed some attention. Other then that, it was great.
