Kick your boots off and relax in this calm, stylish space. Oceanfront and well appointed condominium is located on the 3rd floor overlooking the ocean from a new balcony, with new balcony furniture. Beach access from the building or close by if you choose to check out different areas of the beach. You will not get any closer to the ocean then this. The best location for a peaceful morning coffee watching the sun rise from the new balcony. You may not normally cook while on vacation, but this little kitchen will make you want to enjoy your time here and never leave the property. The kitchen has stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Some small appliances and pots and pans for cooking complete with serving dishes and utensils. Enjoy a good nights sleep in the comfy king size bed. Can`t wait for you to kick off you boots here!



Topsail Reef Condominium Complex includes 2 coin and debit laundry rooms and 2 barbecue areas with picnic tables. Tennis and basketball courts, corn hole boards are also available for your use at the complex.

Topsail Reef is an oceanfront condominium complex with its own private parking lot, tennis/basketball courts, laundry facilities and grill and picnic area. Located just across from the complex is a tiki bar and store that hosts various activities during the summer season. Topsail Reef is home to many full time residents.



Getting around the area to see the sites can be done easily by vehicle. The closest EV Charging Station is located on the mainland in Sneads Ferry.



As you can see by the photos, this condominium complex is located right on the beach/ocean. This means you may not always have beach access directly in front of the building. The tide changes 4 times in a 24 hour period. (and not the same time every day) low to high every 6 hours.

There are also many other things that affect the tide like moon phase, wind direction and storms. Tide schedules are available online as well as in the guest book. If you are looking online you will need to look at the New River Inlet tide schedule.

There is no guarantee that you will have beach access at any given time.

If you would like to go to the beach during a period of high tide, I encourage you to use one of Onslow Co`s free beach access lot located nearby.
