**Newly Updated** This comfortable and cozy slope-side condo features vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and end counter seating for casual dining. The dining table accommodates six guests and is adjacent to the main living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and large wall-to-wall windows with beautiful mountain views. Guests will also enjoy the mountainside outdoor patio equipped with a gas grill.
Updates/additional features to this unit as of January 2024 include the following:
Receptacles with USB's in primary bedroom, second bedroom, as well as in the kitchen (2).
New sound system in the living room.
New lamps were installed in the foyer, living room, bedrooms, and kitchen.
New window treatments on all windows throughout the unit.
This condominium provides two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an en suite bathroom—the primary bedroom also has access to the balcony. The second bedroom features two queen beds (bunk beds) and an en suite bathroom.

Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.
**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.
