It was a very nice inn to stay at and very comforting. The staff was very friendly and room was very clean. The parking garage was nice but hard to maneuver larger vehicles because it’s to tight.

We loved the room & the property was well kept. We did not know none of the onsite restaurants would be open. That was disappointing. Also, the signage is terrible. There is no cell phone service in the area and we had no map or gps. Local politics prohibited the hotel from having a large sign making it difficult to find.

The people were nice. The hotel was clean no ice machine in our hotel had to go across the parking lot. To the lodge to get ice had used paper cups to take ice back to room. Had air conditioning setting in the floor hose out the window, barely get by it to get in bed on the backside. The restaurant upstairs burnt the hamburger buns on both sides really bad.

Wish they have provided bottled water, though the sign on top of the room fridge stated “enjoy complementary water”. Besides that, I am definitely going to recommend this place to anyone. Excellent place, great customer service.

The lodge was so much nicer than the inn. We were originally supposed to stay in the inn but there was a gas leak so they upgraded us to a gorgeous room in the lodge.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and well arranged/decor. The little touches like espresso kurig nice. The bathroom/shower excellent and roomy. There were a few noisy moments from other travelers above us (we were on first floor) but not at critical times and the building we were in is the older lodge next to restaurant so expect it to be a little less sound proof. Thankfully, it did not become problematic, just be aware that "heavy footers" might make some noise as they settle in. Overall though, we were completely pleased with out experience here. Also, short paved walk to the village - sweet! And if biking/skiiing right across from a lift.

The only issue i have is the furnace ran all night. The room was perfectly private and clean. We right at the stairs to the restaurant. Service was great.
