Tämä tilava huoneisto on hiljattain uusittu 2 kylpyhuoneella ja 2 makuuhuoneella. Keittiö on päivitetty ruostumattoman teräksen laitteilla ja kauniilla puukaapilla. Marmoriset työtasot muodostavat suuren kontrastin kaappeihin nähden ja tarjoavat suuren tilan valmistaa herkullisia aterioita. Ruokailutilasta on kauniit näkymät merelle, mikä tekee siitä loistavan tilan syödä aamiaista. Tämä koti on varustettu kannettavalla ilmastoinnilla, takalla ja lämmittimillä vuoden kylmempään päivään. Ei keskilämpöä. Kodin alla on 2 pysäköintihallia ja rantavälineet, joita voit käyttää loman aikana. Tämä koti on kävelymatkan päässä Del Mar -radalta, täydellinen, jos aiot konserttiin tai menee kilpailuihin. Nice and relaxing.

We enjoyed are stay at this unit very much. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The beach was just a 10-12 minute walk. We went there everyday. Loved the skylights in the bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom door did not lock. The kitchen was missing a few items (eg, spatula to flip burgers, cheese grater), but overall it was well equipped. We couldn't find the broom until the last day when we located it in the closet off the porch. The Weber gas grill is a small portable unit and took some getting used to cooking on, but it sufficed for our barbecue needs. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

Our experience in this unit.

The unit was clean and furnishings comfortable. Some advice: The kitchen faucet hot and cold control is backward. When turning it to the cold side, hot water comes out and of course vis versa for the hot water; cold water comes out. Possible scalding??! Light bulbs need to be inspected on a regular basis for burn out. Lighting in the unit is minimum. It is not possible to read in any room other than the kitchen and baths. With light bulbs out in the kitchen we couldn’t read in there either. Grab bars in showers would be helpful for older people and handicapped and may even be required for rental units (ADA?). Shower doors are very difficult to move. New sliding shower doors and installation of same are not an exorbitant cost and would add value and renter convenience to an already fairly nice unit.

Solana Beach Vacation

Property is exactly as advertised and as the pictures show. 10 minute walk to the North end of the outstanding Del Mar Beach. View of the ocean, though not expansive. Even though temps are moderate in Solana Beach, this place does heat up even when it's low 70s out. A/C works in the Master Bedroom and Living Room but the 2nd bedroom stays very warm. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and we ate breakfast there every day and made lunches to take with us. We ate at San Diego county's excellent restaurants at night but could have easily cooked dinners. Would stay here again with up to four people.

Nice pace, great ocean view

Very nice condo with ample room for four, nice ocean view and only 10 minute walk to solana beaches. Well equipped with nice furniture, comfortable beds and functional kitchen and dining area. Decent internet but cable / tv could be upgraded a bit. Hosts provided great service and responded quickly to queries. Checkin and check out a breeze. Would rent again. Thanks Kim and team.

Great condo near the beach

Great condo, well maintained and stocked. The location was great, except it was on a very steep hill and not a lot of places to take the dog out since the complex has no grass, just lots of succulents. We walked across the street to a neighboring complex where there's a bit of grass but a hostile neighbor came out and chased us away. After that we had to hike up the huge hill to access a small hiking trail at the top, at least 4 times a day. Quite a workout but at least we avoided the psycho neighbor.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this unit- comfortable, well appointed, spacious for the three of us and one pet. View is very nice, kitchen is well stocked, location is convenient.

We rented this condo on short notice. There was nothing available closer to the beach. Nothing special. Nice area but not beach property. No King bed in Master. Towels old and dingy. Silverware and kitchen knives really cheap quality. A little effort and this condo could be a lot nicer.

Excellent location / very quiet

We really enjoyed our stay at the SeaBiscuit condo. The view was amazing and it was a very quiet community. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others. The only downside was that the only tub in the unit was quite old with grungy sealant around the edges...mold? not sure. But I had so looked forward to having a bath, and once I saw it I changed my mind. The other suggestion would be for them to put a king bed in the master. The master is huge and could definitely accommodate a king without overcrowding the room. If they fixed the tub and changed the bed size then it would be absolutely fabulous. The last thing that I mention is just for safety reasons...it's upstairs and the porch is SO tiny that one feels like they may fall off while opening or closing the door. Just beware if you're elderly it may be a little bit of a challenge. The location is great and close to lots of restaurants too :))

Super nice condo!

This condo was very nice and well supplied! You can see the water and hear the waves. Also you can see the racetrack for the horses. Very nice quite area and safe. Close to Oceanside where my daughter lives. I would diffently stay here again!

Home town visit

My teenagers, dog, and I came to my home town for a family visit during the pandemic crisis in CA. We were very COVID conscious and isolated. We went to dog beach (walking distance) and visited my nearby family a few times. This location was absolutely perfect for our needs. Loved using the garage as I towed a trailer and motorcycle. The unit was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would have preferred some updated appliances and supplies (like nicer soap dispensers, but I'm mostly being picky!) I really have no complaints! I loved the location and brought everything I needed to be perfectly comfortable! It was an outstanding environment for me to work and still connect with family. I will likely reserve again!
