Staff was very friendly and accommodating - the rooms were dated and the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Multiple other families in our group also commented on the discomfort of the beds. There was also a very strong air freshener used in the hallways that seeped into The rooms themselves. We are a Hilton family as is our soccer club however this property needs attention. That said the staff was wonderful.

I have been staying here every year for the past 13 years or so. They have always had a great staff. They have a decent little gym and pool area also. Very close to the expo if you are interested in any of the trade shows.

I called the front desk asking for an extra pillow someone put me on hold for 7 minutes. I had to hang up and call back- no apology! A staff member brought me the pillow. She’s obviously wasn’t happy. All I saw was her hand handing me the pillow. I said thank you. She didn’t answer. I found that strange.
