Room had strong odor of smoke (in a non-smoking room), so bad we had to change rooms. Nightstand was dirty. Toilet tissue was very low. Shower handle was leaking heavily.

internet was down when I went to check in and there is no back-up plan to check a customer in. Also, booked a smoking room - was given a nonsmoking. I realized and had it corrected. The room that we were given was not set up for guests - missing towels, no extra roll of toilet paper (I had to go to the desk at 6 am for a roll)

Don't do it

The hotel smells like a strip club The rooms even though they're non-smoking they smell like smoke and they try to cover it up by putting a air freshener in the AC vent
