Buffet breakfast was great but early. Be sure to get there towards the early side, if 15 minutes before end might be out of items. Room was huge, like a small apartment. Bed super comfy. It is an older hotel so nothing fancy, but tv in each bedroom and center area, full refrigerator, stove, plates. I would stay again for sure. Was clean no smell.

Overall, our stay was fine. Room was clean staff was very friendly. No major issues. This being a motel, the rooms are separate from main building. Breakfast, which is served daily, had a choice of hot (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes) or cold (cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs) items along with bread (bagels, variety of bread slices). Coffee and/or tea available 24/7 either in your room or the dining area. The room consisted of a small, furnished kitchenette with appliances. The sink, however, was 'disconnected' from the counter so, you had to be careful not to splash the water. There's a small living area with a couch and television. The sleeping/bathroom area is separated by a door for privacy and quiet, if needed. There's also another television. I can't say they did a good job of seeing to the outside areas. We were there between Christmas and New Year. It had snowed the day before we arrived and, as well as during our stay. Nothing major. Even though they seem to take care of the area around the main building by salting the walkways, the area around the rooms were sorely lacking. We arrived to a parking lot with snow and ice still present and the sidewalks near the rooms were not much better. This made loading/unloading the car interesting. Also, there were still leaves around the room areas piled up under the stairs. We ended up with some in our room. Not sure what they have for groundskeepers. Other than that, the stay was fine.

The cleanliness of the room. The floors were extremely, extremely filthy. There was a big red stain, initially thought it was blood. I immediately took pictures/videos to time stamp it. The front desk staff was accommodating because of this. If the floors were clean I would give it 5 stars.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the walls were dirty, and the fridge was extremely loud. I had booked a multiple-night stay but ended up checking out after just one night due to these issues. The staff initially told me I would be refunded for the night, but this never happened. When I followed up, I was informed that they would not honor the refund. While this isn’t a huge deal on its own, it added to an already poor experience. Overall, the service and accommodations were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, as there are many better options in the area.
