The Space:

The interior of this California-contemporary ranch serves as a gallery for living, where clean lines meet a vibrant collection of modern abstract paintings and hand-blown glass installations. The heart of the home is a luminous, open-concept Great Room, anchored by a streamlined kitchen. Here, stainless steel appliances and minimalist cabinetry frame a central island illuminated by contemporary pendant lighting—the perfect social hub for four to gather with a bottle of local Chardonnay while the chef prepares a meal.



Tucked away from the social center, the private wing offers a composed environment for rest. The primary suite is a light-filled sanctuary, featuring a King-sized bed dressed in luxury linens and a private television. This retreat includes an ensuite bath with double vanities, a glass-enclosed shower, and a deep jetted tub. The two additional guest bedrooms maintain this refined aesthetic, each outfitted with Queen-sized beds and luxury linens, sharing a well-appointed second bathroom that reflects the home’s contemporary minimalist design.



The transition to the outdoors is seamless; a massive sliding glass door in the living area disappears to merge the interior with a covered, heated outdoor lounge. This alfresco "living room" is designed for long Sonoma evenings, featuring a pergola-shaded dining area and a sleek, modern gas fire table that provides a clean-burning glow for late-night conversation.



Beyond the patio, the expansive lot offers a curated balance of activity and reprieve. Guests can practice their short game on the private putting green, engage in a spirited match on the bocce court, or find a moment of stillness in a hammock suspended near the lush greenery of Nathanson Creek. Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and grounds, including the outdoor kitchen/barbecue area, fire pit, bocce ball court, and putting green. The paved driveway provides convenient on-site parking.



Please note that the indoor garage is not available for guests. There is also one room within the home that is locked and guests do not have access to it.
