You'll be just a short drive to the Sonoma Plaza, wineries, restaurants, and hiking trails. Plus, Napa is only 25 minutes away!



The Space:

This 1850 sq ft modern bungalow is the perfect place to relax and unwind in Sonoma. Its open-plan layout feels airy and spacious, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

The living room invites you to cozy up on the sofa for a movie night, unwind with a glass of wine, or play some games in front of the large windows showcasing the beautiful backyard. For your comfort, there's central heating and cooling (AC). The open floor plan extends into the kitchen and dining area. The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining, featuring bar seating at the island and an open view into the living room. You'll find everything you need to prepare memorable meals, well-equipped with modern appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials.



Adjacent to the living room and kitchen is the farmhouse-style dining room, offering ample indoor seating around the table.



The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a cozy seating area, a fold-down futon, a TV, a full dresser, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite boasts a double vanity, a walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, and a clean, modern feel.



The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, bedside dressers, and is decorated with rustic country charm.



The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a bedside dresser, and a baby crib, making it a flexible space for families. Tastefully decorated with organic elements, this room is a breath of fresh air.



For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room couch converts into a sofa bed that sleeps two.



The main bathroom is clean and convenient. With fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, you can pack light knowing we have the essentials covered.



Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the hallway, featuring a full-sized washer and dryer, including free and clear detergents and scent-free softeners.



Outside you'll find a private patio with ample seating, an outdoor dining table, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and a covered hot tub with a TV! It's perfect for sipping wine under the stars or watching the ball game while soaking in the hot tub. The front portion of the backyard is newly landscaped, very spacious, and peaceful! The back part of the yard runs more natural and a little wild, adding to the charm.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay. That includes the backyard deck, hot tub, and garden spaces. There is no garage access, but there is enough parking in front of the house but there is no street parking.



The Neighborhood:

Located down a quiet private lane next to a local middle school, the home offers both privacy and easy access to Sonoma’s best offerings. Wineries, restaurants, local parks, and charming towns like Glen Ellen and Napa are all within a short drive. Whether you're wine tasting, hiking, or just relaxing in the hot tub, this location makes it easy to enjoy the best of Wine Country.



Getting Around:

The home is tucked away on a quiet private lane, yet it’s easy to get around by car. Sonoma Plaza, world-class wineries, restaurants, and hiking trails are all within a short drive, and Napa Valley is only about twenty-five minutes away. There is private parking available in front of the house, though please note that garage and street parking are not available. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also available in the area, though a car is recommended to fully enjoy Wine Country.

Dog Policy:

🐾 2 dogs max without host approval. No aggressive breeds or other types of pets allowed.

🐾 Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.

🐾 Dogs must never be left unattended on the property.

🐾 Always clean up after your pet, both inside and out.

🐾 No excessive barking.

🐾 Keep dogs on leash when outside the private yard.

🐾 We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs.



📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.

📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
