We had a very cozy room with a small terrace which we enjoyed every day. Breakfast was served from 8-10 every morning with a wide array of foods, from bacon, eggs and yogurt to fresh pastries, fruit and even tiramisu! Plus delicious coffees/cappuccinos made to order. Our room was cleaned every day as well! Truly an exceptional stay!

Convenient location, easy walk to lots of things but away from the superbusy areas. Room was clean and quiet, strong A/C, great water pressure in the shower. Loved the balcony with a partial view of the bay. The most notable thing was the service, not only the extensive breakfast spread (give them notice the day before for a takeaway bag!) but the staff is so friendly and helpful with recommendations on things to do/see/eat. We really felt hosted by them, rather than just having a place to sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

The most charming experience in Italy.

I was nervous because this was a smaller hotel. However, don’t let that concern you. They have a full staff, they are helpful, polite and very accommodating. This place was absolutely fantastic. The room and terrace was amazing. Very well maintained. This was my favorite place of our whole trip to Italy. Quick and easy to get to from the train station. Located near shops and eateries. Again the staff is wonderful. You will love this place. Book it!

This place is amazing. All of the staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome and fresh and Carmela is a star. If we come back we would stay here again.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Sorrento

There was nothing that could be faulted about the Luiselle. The staff were friendly and courteous - and also very helpful. The décor is lovely, the atmosphere excellent, location superb - and the breakfasts were awesome. If we were going on an excursion which left prior to breakfast starting we always received an excellent cut lunch to take with us. The location is also perfect. Although the traffic in the busy road below was quite noisy the double-glazing worked a treat!

Cute place in great location

This was our favorite stay out of the five places we went to in Italy. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was outstanding, and the location was ideal (being close to the train station and within close walking distance to the main square). I would highly recommend staying here!!!

The place was lovely! It has a homey feel and the staff are very helpful. It was a bit confusing finding the place but other than that, everything was perfect! They even had Netflix!

Lovely boutique

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in August and had a terrific experience. The rooms were clean; the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location was wonderful: a quick walk to restaurants and the train station (just a fee blocks away). It’s slightly uphill, but not bad at all. The location felt ideal because it was quiet, even though it was close to many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and had more variety than I expected given the relatively small breakfast room. The only drawbacks were small and wouldn’t detour us from staying there again. The internet worked well enough but occasionally gave us trouble. Also the a/c seemed to turn off automatically when we were gone, so we’d return to a rather warm room. Despite these two imperfections, we loved this hotel and plan to stay there again.

Good location - close to train station

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The property has modern interiors and was clean. The main advantage was that it was within easy reach of the Piazza Tasso, train station and the bus stops. Marco was a pleasing personality who assisted us with all our queries. Breakfast was continental but plentiful. The only negative was that the showers of our room overflowed all the while. This meant having wet feet everytime you went to the bathroom or use the sink.

Se pudesse daria nota 1000 para a hospedagem. Ficamos muito felizes com tudo, quarto maravilhoso, atendimento impecável, café da manhã variado e muito bom. Sem dúvidas foi a melhor hospedagem que tivemos na nossa viagem toda pela Itália. No nosso último dia, tivemos que sair muito cedo e não íamos tomar o café da manhã, a secretária gentilmente nos deixou um café para a viagem a porta. Muita atenção e carinho Luiselle Sorrento surpreendeu demais.
