Villa Correale is a fabulous family owned property, built in the early 1900’s and newly refurbished in 2017.
The villa is located on the cliff in the heart of Sorrento, just a short walk from the main square and from its several terraces and gardens it is possible to enjoy fantastic views of the entire bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
This elegant property offers privacy and tranquility even being in the town center, with all the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. at hand.
Once you enter through the gate you will reach the building through a short driveway immersed in the palm trees.
Car is not necessary as both the train station and the bus links are only a short 5-minute walk and you can use the public transport to reach Naples International airport and all the amazing places that are accessible from this area, such as the stunning Amalfi coast, the Pompeii and Herculaneum ruins and the city of Naples itself.
However if you decide to rent a car you will be able to park up to 5 cars inside the villa.

Villa Correale spreads over 4 floors and it consists of 2 large lounges, a large garden area rich of beautiful palm trees and plants and a lemon garden, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor traditional wood burning pizza oven.
The Access to the various floors is by stairs, even if there is also a lift but due to the dimensions it is not wheelchair accessible.
There are 7 luxury bedrooms in total that can accommodate up to 19 people (thanks to 3 extra beds).

“Ginevra”, situated on the top floor, with undoubtedly the best view, is a 2 level suite (the access to the upper floor is possible through some stairs). It consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom on the top floor with private terrace, while on the floor below is the living area, a hydro massage bath that is set into the window giving you the most amazing view over the bay of Naples and another very spacious terrace.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms:
“Carlotta” with an amazing sea view and French Balcony, is a very spacious room and it can accommodate a 3rd or 4th guest easily. The bathroom has a large hydro massage bath as well an over bath shower.

“Amelia” (that can be on request interconnecting with “Carlotta”) with the same amazing sea view and French Balcony, this spacious room can also accommodate a 3rd guest. The bathroom has a standard bath with over bath shower.

“Caterina” that is garden facing and has a large terrace where guests can sit and relax. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
“Sofia” that is garden facing and has a walk-in shower and French balcony.

A further bedroom “Nadia” is situated on the ground floor, this double room is garden facing with a walk-in shower and French balcony.

Finally, there is a 7th bedroom "Libia", which is a bit detached, the views from this newly refurbished, peaceful room are exceptional! The walk up and down to reach it does involve 150 steps, so please ensure you allocate this room to the right guests!

Neighbourhood and transport
Sorrento offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.

Rental rules
A refundable deposit of 2.000 Euros is required upon arrival either in cash or held on a credit card in the event that there is any damage caused to the villa or its furnishings etc. This amount will be returned/released upon check out.
Check-In time is from 15:00, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM
3-night minimum stay required
All rates are inclusive of vat/tax
All rates are exclusive of the local city tax:
€ 4,00 per person per night (from the 01st April until 31st October up to a maximum of 7 nights payable in cash (children under the age of 18 are exempt).
The rates are based on 16 guests staying in the 7 rooms; in 3 of the bedrooms can be added an extra bed at a surcharge of €60 per bed per night.
