All the staff we encountered were wonderful, kind, courteous and helpful. I'll a stickler for clean and it was exactly that! Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but good and the yogurt machine is fantastic! Nice thick, vanilla yogurt! Best bang for your buck if you are traveling through like we do. This is our Elkhart IN go to hotel when traveling through the area!

Room was nice, with separate living area and two TVs. However, the window in room 211 looked out to the backside of the concrete hotel sign, so we couldnt see anything. If we had stayed more than one night, i would have requested another room.
