The room smelled awful, it was dirty, the bathtub was peeling, there was a pubic hair by the sink nozzles. There was garbage all over the grounds, and the "full breakfast" that was advertised was not a full breakfast.

Super friendly, clean with a great breakfast!

The Hotel is old and outdated. HOWEVER, the friendliness and cleanliness were off the charts compared to some higher-priced hotels. It was an unexpected, perfect pit stop for my son and I on our trip to Cleveland. The area has tons of food options and other awesome pit stops. The drive is scenic and Amish interesting as well instead of highway garbage and terrible drivers. We will make this our regular pit stop to CLE from here on out.

This is a great alternative to staying in South Bend for a Notre Dame game. It is worth the extra drive. Scott at the property makes sure you have a great stay. It isn’t the Four Seasons but it is perfect for your stop.

Idk about laundry. The building and rooms look nothing like the internet photos. They have tomato plants growing all over outside and the rooms are from the 70s and it's basically a trucker motel.
