Furniture is banged up, outside room doors scratched and missing paint, was like a construction zone. Overpriced for the hotel condition.

The guests in next room fought and the only thing the staff did was tell the couple they being noisy. My family and I had to request another room and nothing offered by hotel for horrible conditions which allowed to continue. Pay the extra cost and stay somewhere else!!!!

It stunk so bad I sprayed a whole bottle of perfume and could still smell the stench. I had a dirty washcloth and a used condom under the sink the water never got hot barely warm and they stand over you and watch what you’re taking for breakfast

Property was run down to the extreme and should never have been opened for service. Sofa bed was ripped and torn, dirty and rusty. Overall conditions were unacceptable for the price they charge.

Hotel is extremely dirty, walla have not being painted in a long time.Light bulbs not working on several lamps in our room. Safety box does not work. We asked for room cleaning service ans did not get done. Ibwill not five more than 1 star to this hotel. I have staye in other Confort Suites and this is not a representation of the name brand. I understand hotels are expensive in South Bend when school starts but this hotel shal not even be offered by Expedia.

Dont waste your money!

Dirty bed sheets. Dirty pillow cases. This hotel needs to be updated. No smart tv. Furniture is old. Dirty carpet and bad smell.

This was a good location for me. The property is being renovated, so it's a little rough but was clean. There were lots of choices for the free breakfast. The prices were reasonable compared to others in the near vicinity. ND students were returning, and hotels were really raising their prices. Comfort was still reasonable. The staff was excellent. Friendly and very accommodating. I would stay here again.

The staff was nice, the place was clean. The door to my room never felt closed with a quarter inch of light coming through the door frame. Lots of loud very rude children, yelling in the halls well past midnight.

Nearly Robbed and can rent by the hour. I was cornered in the elevator as the guy wanted money from me, he even tried to follow me to my room with my 7yr old daughter. Went back to room and called Expedia and they told me to go tell the front desk. Went downstairs and the reception told me many people live there like an apartment. Told me i was there for 3 hrs and wouldnt refund me. Told me I should have told him sooner about the crook trying to rob me an follow me to my room. Told him i took my daughter back, then called Expedia and went to front desk. Said still not quick enough. Made a deal if i ledt in 20 min and disnt say a word I could leave with refund. Went down the road and 2 hotels told me that its now basically an apartment and they even rent rooms by the hour

Hotel is poorly maintained. Bathroom door would fully close, whole interior of building had paint flaking. Door for maintenance closet on floor was off its hinges. It worked for a stop over for the night but will not stay there again.

They charged a 50.00 down payment and were suppose to return it to our credit card. They did not return our 50.00. Am going to contact credit card to fight the charge. Claim is on broken screen. We never touched a screen. What would senior 76 year old bother with a screen. This has never happened in all our travels. Roger and Maureen Cook.
