Lobby area was nice. Room/bath layout was good. Bath needed some attention to finishes & cleanliness. Fan was coming out of the ceiling and poor tile work/patching. Pillows needed replaced due to their odor. Breakfast was just standard fare. Pool really needed a deep cleaning. Would not even consider going in for a swim. There aren’t too many choices in this area, and in the future I will choose a longer drive to stay at a nicer/cleaner place.

Front desk staff, lobby, and fitness room were AMAZING and very accomodating. Cleanliness of the room was pretty good also. However, some of the main room doors had been pryed open in the past and nothing was done to replace or repair them, leaving visible gaps between the door jamb and door. People walking in the hallway could see right in if they wanted to. You can tell this particular location is in need of a high quality remodel. Additionally, professionalism is a must from all positions. We were trying to get in our room and the housekeepers were audibly complaining about our block of rooms requesting late check outs and not leaving until 2:00. Yes, a slight inconvenienece and we understand, but we're in town for a baseball tournament, we didn't know when we would play the next day until almost 10:00PM the night before. Overall, a comfortable stay, and we would book here again.

It is not a horrible place to stay. Probably the best place in plymouth. It does need a good up date all the way around. Hotel Staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast has alot more options than expected, which was nice. My son enjoyed their pancake maker!! Its near shopping and food as well.

We stayed here for my grandma’s funeral so it was a quick trip. Beds were comfy, many options for breakfast, staff very friendly. I would stay here again if I needed too.
