Lynda, Jerry, and all other front desk staff were very nice and professional. Clean and spacious rooms, nice pool for exercising and relaxing in the morning and night, 24 hour fitness center. Flattering lobby and cool courtyard to cut through to the other side of the property.

The room was dirty. There were used, dirty pots and pans on the dirty stove. We ran out of towels and toilet paper and when we asked for replacements we were told that they did not have anymore. The air conditioning smelled when turned on. The ceiling tiles in the hallway outside of the room were falling down. I went to the fitness room to use the treadmill and it did not work. If I had choice I would have gone to a different hotel but there was no availability anywhere else. I would like some money back as this was not worth what I paid. Horrible experience.

Would stay again!

No complaints until it came time to shower. Tub wouldnt drain and the showerhead had terrible pressure. The room itself and the property were amazing!

Property just really seems used up and not in great condition. Exterior doors don't work, ice machines didn't work on our floor, card keys didn't work, cracks in the paint throughout the room. We didn't receive maid service so didn't have enough bath towels. Breakfasts was very limited. I doubt that I would rebook at this point.

Just ok

The hotel staff was very friendly. My room had a stale smell (most likely from the kitchen) and there was ice cream left behind from a previous guest. I bought deodorizer for the room which helped. The room was clean, just very outdated and worn. The pool was a nice temp but again very outdated and not well kept as the bottom had lots of hair ties and other items sitting down there. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast. Hot options were bacon (which was all burnt) and biscuits and gravy. I don't do bread or cereal so I opted for a piece of fruit and juice. The hotel wasn't horrible but I wouldn't stay there again.

Good for the price!

It was a nice hotel. Great for families! The continental breakfast wasn't great but it did the job. There was no cleaning service for the weekend or extra towels! That was a little frustrating. Towels should be replaced daily!

Absolutely filthy hotel. Linens are old and dingy, water damage clearly down the wall, smelled bad. The front desk clerk was completely bothered and put out when talking to him.

The stay was not bad. The biggest complaint is that all the staff that I came in contact with had their ear buds in. Half the time they didn't realize I was there asking questions. When they did realize I was there they were helpful. There was a cleaning lady who was very nice and went out of her way to get something I asked for. Hallways were dirty from the laundry room area.

Hotels.com took my money, hotel did not have beds

I paid for 2 beds and a full kitchen through Hotels.com. The hotel only had a booking for 2 beds and no kitchen. However, when I arrived, the only room left had 1 bed and no kitchen. My whole family had to sleep in 1 bed.
