License number: 2025-STR-1055. Nestled against the mountainside, this classic wood cabin features an expansive deck, a private hot tub, and a riverfront gazebo with a firepit and bench seating. Inside, you'll find lots of comfy seating in the mudroom while you kick off those trail-worn boots. The living room features a gas fireplace, rustic decor, and a large flatscreen TV. Off the living room, there is a small dining area with a table that seats up to six. You'll love using the stainless steel appliances and counter space of the full kitchen, and the dishwasher will make short work of those dirty dishes. This home enjoys two main bedrooms, one with a king bed, a gas fireplace, a TV, and access to the riverfront deck, plus an en-suite bath with a jacuzzi tub. The second main bedroom offers a king bed, a twin bed, an electric fireplace, an en-suite bath with a shower/bath combo, and access to the riverfront deck. You'll also have a washer and dryer off the kitchen and enough space for up to 13 people. The kids will love the hidden adventure tent when they build a play-fire and cook on the play-camp stove. With its coveted location, spectacular views, and terrific in-house amenities, this home is sure to put a smile on everyone's face, no matter what time of year you visit!

Two Rivers BBQ is just a mile-and-a-half away with delicious food to enjoy. You'll also find plenty of other restaurants to check out like Spruce Lodge Breakfast Restaurant, Mountain Pizza & Taproom, and Rockaway Steak House. Beaver Mountain Trail, Tewksberry Trail, and Trout Trail are all great places to get in a little early-morning exercise.

Perfect location

This was the most amazing spot for our family to stay for a mountain wedding! Our kiddos loved playing in the river and hot tub. We loved chatting and reading in the gazebo. The space was ideal for two families of 5, and another couple. Already planning to come back!

South Fork Stay

Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor area. It was perfect for our family visit to Pagisa Springs and Great Sand Dunes NP. Will definitely stay again and will recommend this home to everyone we know!

Great house on the river

We had a great week in south fork. The house was perfect for our group. Very nice and well laid out. The upstairs loft/bedroom was so fun and perfect for the kids. Would absolutely stay here again

Lovely home, excellent location, nice amenities. Issues with toilet and had difficulty getting a response from the property manager. It’s a wonderful place to stay; however, if you have any issue, do not expect a response from the property management company.

South fork cabin by the river

We loved this home cause of the location, cleanliness, and accommodations. Has a walkway to a gazebo on the river. This home has everything you would need and more! Accommodated well over my expectations. Really made it feel like home. Me and my family will definitely be back for future visits!

Great stay on the South Fork River

Such a lovely place! Close to town but still felt a little secluded because nothing is behind the house (other than river and mountain). The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of room. So many outdoor seating spaces. The bridge and river/gazebo area are lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our family of 5 (including 3 boys aged 4, 7, and 9) had an incredible time. The boys keep asking when we can come back!

The house was suitable for our whole family. But we did purchase a coffee maker because with 6 adults the Kurig would not meet the morning needs. We did leave it with the house for future guests. Overall we were satisfied with the house. It was our second time we rented this house for a ski vacation.

Well equipped and comfortable.

We enjoyed the amenities if this house, including the river, the gazebo, the hot tub, the loft area, and all the space for my family to spread out! The home was very well stocked!! The furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The beds were on the firm side, but we like that so no complaint here. My mother has limited mobility and is on a walker. She was able to get into the home and the shower with no issue. There was also plenty of parking for a truck and 24'trailer, a Forerunner and a small Subaru. We would love to stay at this home again!

Beautiful!

Loved the location and ease of getting there and entering. Had everything we needed. Might use updated kitchen cookware. Only 1 frying pan and 2 baking sheets and both were unusable. Might update outdoor deck rugs. Property dumpster was overturned and trash was scattered around second day we were there. Called the management company but agent was very difficult to understand. Issue was resolved in a short amout of time but we wish the management company had a local number to contact. We WILL come back because the property is ideal for our family!

Our stay at two rivers retreat

We enjoyed staying in this home especially the deck and gazebo was wonderful!! A few things might need repaired to help out the house as well!! I called twice about a possible propane leak in the tank outside! It was very strong on smell therefore you couldn’t open that window so it was very hot in that room. Also in the same master bedroom, the screen door was off the track and could not be put back on therefore you couldn’t use that door to open for air to flow , so I had to go purchase 3 more box fans for our stay to be able to sleep at night. Something was a bad odor from fridge when we got there but we could never figure it out( I cleaned it trying to help smell but it didn’t work) The deck has a few boards rotting out that might need replacing so no one would fall through. Anyway, we’ve been going as a family to Colorado for years and stayed so many different places!! We were sad that we couldn’t use the garage, we had so much fishing gear and things that we had to store it all on the front porch!😞 All in All it is a beautiful home that we enjoyed and made many fun memories!!

Loved this cabin!

Such a beautiful, comfy place to stay! We came for a ski trip, but I’m looking forward to staying here again in the spring or summer so we can admire the beautiful river that runs directly behind the cabin. The hot tub was such a fun bonus! So we’ll stocked and super clean.

Excellent Home!!!

The home was perfect for our crew. It was stocked better than any place we’ve rented in the past. The view was amazing!! We hired a local photographer for family photos in the incredible back yard and our daughters surprise engagement. The management team was on point. We had an issue with the microwave and they were there within no time with a new one. We couldn’t be more pleased! We will definitely stay here again!!!!
