Guests can enjoy a spacious outdoor area with a large waterfront deck and patio as well as a fenced area where pets or kids can roam without worry. Has a rec room with a pool table, foosball and dart board. Minutes from the beautiful K&P trail and Verona town which has groceries, stores, restaurants, local farm food, gift shops & more. Only a 5 min drive to a golf course.

Please leave the keys on the dining table and also lock the front door during your checkout (close the door and then press the lock button on the keypad to lock it).
Kindly ensure you have turned off all AC or heater units or ceiling fans.
If you could put the garbage bags inside the bins by the bottom garage that would be appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
