By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following contract.

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. Any boats used on the property require life jackets be worn and are used at your own risk.
3.) No trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed. There is parking for 3 cars on the side of cottage. Any more than 3 cars the city will have them towed. You can NOT park anywhere else on the property. You can park in any legal spot in town or by the beach however fees may apply please read the parking signs.
4.) Do not move the furniture or take anything (including plates, dishes, silverware, etc.) out of the cottage it belongs to our you will be charged.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are NOT permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings, and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. You can not have more than the maximum occupancy of the cottage day or night. Only guests staying overnight at the cottage can use the outdoor amenities.
13.) Beach towels are NOT provided. You will need to bring them. Do not use bath towels at the beach or extra charges will be added to your stay.
14.) Gas fireplace is available in the fall/winter months only.
15.) Fireworks are prohibited on property at all times.
17.) Guests may enjoy the short walk via the sidewalks between the cottages to the beach. You are using the public beach at your own risk and owner will not be responsible for any accidents that may or could occur. Nobody is ever allowed to go out on the ice if there is ice on the lake.

*Disclosure: There may be cameras with sound at outside entrances of cottages ONLY.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!
