This spacious home offers a great feeling of privacy as it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is set well back off the street on a large lot. There are forested views from every window. The home sleeps 8 and is located just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort! A gas fireplace provides the perfect ambiance for snowy afternoons and there are 3 large decks on which to enjoy a sunny afternoon or to stargaze at night.
The property adjoins the National Forest so there are miles of trails right out the door for mountain biking, walking, running, snow shoeing, sledding or cross-country skiing. This home has Satellite TV with movie channels, Wifi internet and a well-equipped kitchen for an enhanced stay. Parking for a maximum of 4 cars (2 garage and 2 Driveway).

Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.
