Year-round you’ll love the walkable location, with shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities just a few minutes away by foot. On-site amenities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym.

At the condo itself, spend warm mornings waking up with coffee on your private balcony. Inside, the open main level features high, lofted ceilings and an open floor plan that’s ideal for spending time together. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and there’s plenty of gleaming granite counter space for prep. Grab a bite at the large window-front dining table before heading out to explore.

When you return from a day of outdoor adventures, get cozy with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace or get the central air-conditioning going to cool down on hot days. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer, then fire up the gas grill for an easy family cookout. Watch a bit of TV or use the free WiFi to scroll social media before calling it a night in any of four serene bedrooms, plus extra sleeping space in the loft. Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
